No need to give people more element resistance, unless they want people to stop spending on 5 nature or getting elemental ninjas.If you really need it, go and invest in 5 nature system. People who spent on getting ninja like hiruzen and did their research and stacked should not be punished....get 5 kage madara if you want to counter hiruzen.
Also , elemental resistance would make shark bomb teams very hard to counter, thus it will be Azura fang online.

isnt technically it? i mean, nothing wrong with OP suggestion tbh, it will actually give incentive for people to make different builds and rotations, i personally dont enjoy azure fang offensively, some people do and i can respect that, as to nowadays you mainly see either AGK or Hiruzen teams, or Minato Jonin teams, that's the main 3 flavors, so shaking the big tree now, aint gonna affect(or will it?).
Elemental damage reduces huge amount of damage if they were to give more elemental damage would be cancer online all over again ...unless you own susanoo itachi..even susanoo itachi is not useful with kurenai breaks. Hiruzen is the main man stopping cancer teams invading matsuri and sage for some extent.His personal damage is low that's why he needs buffs and sometimes he does low damage(i think his damage is rng or something )....add 20% elemental resistance and he does no damage.
As for konan sure(as long as you are high ini,crit,injury also her mystery is wind attribute if I am correct...20% wind, resistance rip that damage...her damage is low without buffs too..have her and hardly use her) but with water main chaos and chakra draining it would be hard...why buy konan or run the hard team when u can run 20%+ elemental resistance cancer team u know? You also forgetting 5 kage madara making things harder...and Tsunade skill trial makes her very good too .Cancer can now win 50k BP... no need more encouragement....say no to cancer:P

nks+5 nature gives some resistance so not too bad...I need elemental resistance but i would sacrifice my needs to stop cancer online happening.

nks effect and +4 resistances from ninja tools would not stack, but they do, so if I'm a player from a new server that spent (and i also spent more than them if i have the same power) i am still in disvantage in decisive bonds in comparison with a comparable power enemy from an 1,2 or early 3 digits servers enemy not for something i deliberately choose to skip or not follow but that i can modify right now if i wanted but only because they continue to go on in not releasing something that is supposed to be here. They don't want to release something that is commonly there in china since over 1 year and that brought 0 of the issues you talk about? Fine, but then they need to remove the +3 and +4s from every single existing ninja tool. (and by being an owner of +4 tools i would be hurted a lot, but at least i would know i can reforge and put in my red tools). P. S. Angel god konan damage is not elemental so she can't care less about elemental resistances and edo hiruzen owners instead of clearing the enemy they defeat right now in 1 round would clear them in 3 rounds. If elemental damage becomes less appealing you just get more battles that do not end in 1/2 rounds just by owning 1 single overstacked move like if the other 3 ninjas were there as a cute surrounding toy and no, water main would not become more appealing because also shark bomb is elemental ba sed and so ninjas like kurama naruto would be more used than now since their damage would be less reduced and they are not chaosed.
You only need 20% elemental resistance to stop elemental damage ....giving +4 tools makes it easy for everyone to have 20% plus elemental resistance.Tools still drop +2 ;so if you want, you can still get decent resistance .....trade off with crit injury and others are up to you. Add some bonds + 5 nature you can get there (sure it is not cheap doing for each ninja...rightfully so).You want to win against equal power ? People losing to elemental resistance with 20k-30k more power .....add 5 kage madara and this can be 50k-80k more Kushina suppresses immunity....guy breaks super armor....kurenai mirror +heal .Shark bomb got a crit and injury boost and chakra drain.... you can pop dodge by using dogs..kurama vs watermain? Water Main wins by a mile...kurama low damage....no chakara no mystery.Also in China ,tactics give less stats so no monster heals like we have here...their moods give 25% not 65%. I mean sure if you want 10 round fights in matsuri,sage ,plunder....if you want to spend the entire time in game and has no job or life sure....full elemental resistant shark bomb with five kage madara(his chase absorbs chakra too...std attack removes all buffs?) is better than any ninjas in this game period.
Remove konan's buffs with madara and her damage is bad...and how can she do mystery or buff herself without chakra? Konan doesn't heal herself so..... Konan vs water main ...water main wins the cake. Like I said, countering water main shark bomb teams are extremely hard(crit crit,injury boost,chos,chakra drain)....giving elemental resistance to everyone would make water main so strong that running her would be the only logical thing to do...Water Main online....saw the biggest drop in players during cancer era....if you want to kill the game add elemental resistance now.
You only get one shotted by hiruzen if your sub stats are low...hiruzen already does low damage that's why he needs buffs+barrier and needs a large power gap (at least 50k) to win.If your overall ini is high you get the barrier...then run dodge ninjas rip hiruzen's 30 hit.Person running hiruzen and killing your entire team can run the same team as you and he will still win....when high enough power ane AOE ninja can 1 shot entire lineups ..even LM blitz can finish you round 1.
And why would anyone buy elemental ninja if everyone has 20%resistance..
stacking costs more than spreading...stacked 200k has spent more than spread 250k ....fact...equal power means nothing....ini,crit,injury are the stuff. Fluff stats from magatamas are useless against 5k + crit injury advanage low power ....

Regardless if we discuss if it's better or not, it will come, and we shall see how it's gonna impact, to some will it, to others not really, game will become more balanced round wise, instead of getting decided round 1 or 2, you will have more decisive attacks to do, but at the end of the day, more money = more power. It's not coming now, cuz oasis still wants to profit from nature c*ras a bit more, that's publishers for you in a nutshell.
Ofc, five nature system costs a fortune to get elemental resistance; so, they are not going to give +4 ninja tools.lol
