Difficult to understand why the reintroduction of +4 elemental resistance and of decent secondary stats takes so long.

Whoever plays in any server older than 350 would not dislike to be finally able to get rid of the old tools by swapping them with red tools that do not depower them.

And whoever plays in a younger than 400 server maybe would not dislike to be set on equal grounds in decisive bonds against comparable power people from servers with 1 or 2 digits that had all the time to overstack their tools why they were denied this chance.

As if if i am full of +4 resistances i could not also add to it the nature chakra system effect and the assist links effect by reaching +50/+60/+70 resistances by furthermore decrease the damage endured.

You would be right if nature chakra/assist links effect and +4 resistances from ninja tools would not stack, but they do, so if I'm a player from a new server that spent (and i also spent more than them if i have the same power) i am still in disvantage in decisive bonds in comparison with a comparable power enemy from an 1,2 or early 3 digits servers enemy not for something i deliberately choose to skip or not follow but that i can modify right now if i wanted but only because they continue to go on in not releasing something that is supposed to be here.

They don't want to release something that is commonly there in china since over 1 year and that brought 0 of the issues you talk about?

Fine, but then they need to remove the +3 and +4s from every single existing ninja tool.

(and by being an owner of +4 tools i would be hurted a lot, but at least i would know i can reforge and put in my red tools).

P. S. Angel god konan damage is not elemental so she can't care less about elemental resistances and edo hiruzen owners instead of clearing the enemy they defeat right now in 1 round would clear them in 3 rounds. Oh my! WHAT A HORRIBLE PERSEPECTIVE!

P. P. S. If elemental damage becomes less appealing you just get more battles that do not end in 1/2 rounds just by owning 1 single overstacked move like if the other 3 ninjas were there as a cute surrounding toy and no, water main would not become more appealing because also shark bomb is elemental based and so ninjas like kurama naruto would be more used than now since their damage would be less reduced and they are not chaosed.
