Before you reach it your first time you are not actually part of the seasonal circuit and the fact the points do not get reset is, theoretically, an advantage for you, but yes, the problem rises when you go too far in the negatives. And this is the reason why in the very old past the issue you talk about was asked and asked again, because there were literally people at superkage - 40/-30/-50.

Personally speaking i have been a superkage at - 33 for over 4 months when arena was really hard.
