One of them is support for jinchurikis. If you aren't using a jinchuriki there is no point in using him.

The other one fits better in your team, but then again there are better ninja than him. Remember that LM can only give immunity to 3 sword ninja, so using 4 sword ninja may not be a good idea.

your team just doesn't make any sense. For f2p why don't you just run blitz, it does 10000 more dmg than the weird line up you are running

Would need more ninja for team build version. Generally the seven swords bee is the better one since his mystery can lead to nearly uninterruptible mysteries and double attack, making him a staple in any jin type team or in a multi member support. The other bee is generally less useful since he is a blitz ninja when there is better options. Note that root still gives the resistance buff even to already immune ninja.

Would need to know what ninja you have for that to be determined, generally the best easy to make lightning team is with Windblade Asuma, Iruka, and a barrier nin like Danzo or Darui or rarest but best Shisui.
