Overall, he is a pretty good ninja and I'd say he works best with Fire and Lightning mains but, of course, other mains c*so be used. Also, take a look at his tags - he can be buffed by various different types of buffs which is a great bonus to acquire.

Good amount of buffs, and you will be able to use all mysteries and do a huge amount of damage round 2 (although surviving round 1 can be a problem).

Now leaning a bit toward the no-buff-cancer side as this is another way you can consider to use Sasuke with. Obviously, you may also use him with water main in a team. How is this any good? Well, his chaos passive is great and enables you to remove all your potential enemy's immunity buffs.

Again, a bit more offensive type of a team that operates as un-dodgeable mystery and chakra drain from the mystery through Kisame chase.

This then gives a great chance of refreshing the Sasuke mystery cooldown through Fire Main buff.
