It isn't included in the items that expires like Sakura Foodsack and Capsules from this event so I'm wondering if we can keep it... Thanks Reply

As Garv said. Those scratch cards will only be available as long as the current event for Konoha Outlets is active. The deadline for the event is on December 5th, 2018 at 23:59:59 Server Time.
