No. it is not like that.
Madara is very special ninja and he is not supposed to be obtainable that easy. You have one month to recharge enough for him. It's almost Christmas so people most likely spend on other things as well.
We want to give our players an option to recharge for him slowly instead of fast and big recharge for him in one week.

You guys seem to know Chinese Server very well to give us a 150k recharge event that gives a red init chakra rune, but where's all the free stuff that Tencent gives to the players? Where's all the Skill Trials? Where's all the FAIR prices? Selling an OUTFIT for almost 25k ingots, then selling it for 9k coups, while in Chinese Server it was 2.5k coups for the same outfit on it's release week. You wanna be greedy? Go ahead! But give something back!
C'mon, dude! Just be transparent with us. Oasis is desperate for money. Releasing new "prime/exclusive" ninjas week after week, selling outfits in recharge events, platinum recharge two weeks in a row.
Maybe, if you guys weren't such a greedy ass company, listened to the players, had just a bit of respect for those who actually pay your salary instead of acting *y, you guys wouldn't be in such a *ty situation.
I'll teach you some math. It's better to get 100+ 5k recharges than not even a single 150k recharge.
