Angle by far. She can be play in many diffrent ways and fits well in plenty of teams, and if you manage to get Suit sausage and Kisame Fusion, then you have yourself a meta team.
As for Hiruzen, he is good, but not great. Only shines vs lower BP, as we dont have % tactics, so any shields or res buff, kinda makes him do no dmg. But he is still good as pos3 buffer with 30combo chase and some extra burst + standart is strong.
But i would go for AGK. She is superb ninja, and must have imo.
