Well... First of all, nice on getting Jonin Minato.

As the person who is probably still above me said, 5 Kage Madara with water can work well, a good bit of people use him on a variety of teams. Be it with Minato and Madara, but that probably isn't much of an option right now, but you could run the Edei-Madara-Jinpachi-Water meta.

Regarding the Jonin Minato, I've heard he's kind of a power scaling ninja, often said to get better with the higher power advantage one has to their enemy. I think the best way to...effectively use him may be to gain more power, Kushina might be able to help, your team seems pretty solid, with Minato functioning as both DPS and control, enemy dodges might get in the way though. Kurenai's functioning as a support, and I think she's a good choice, as long as you can combo up with everyone else. Gaara might be in a tricky position due to his barrier being used here and there, it might get overtaken, it could get cancelled, but if it goes off it will be helpful.

But if you still want to collect ninja, there are other option for a team, I've seen Shisui used for a team like this, a couple of times, in place of Gaara, I think... Might break the combo though. Either way, I hope you can find something in this post useful, good luck.

There's a reason why hokage minato costs 20k+ while jonin costs 12-15k.

Hokage gives the resistance buff to your whole lineup, owns higher basic stats and scales up higher than jonin and his special attack can't be avoided.

Moreover he selfbuffs way easierly than jonin.

The only advantage of jonin is the fact he may get mystery available every round.

90k with 7k ini is kinda low to be honest

In my server people have 80k annd 10k ini

i would say use Minato with roshi, keep wind main and kurenai. It may sound weird but that team works especially since you have bond skill so can prompt roshi's chase.

But yea you have to get your power in check your server is old so you have to already been at at least 140k power. Mostly work on your initiative, ive won against people 20k BP higher than me and won because im faster.

For awhile I used a lineup with Jonin Minato, Shikaku, Iruka, Fire main. It seemed to work pretty well.

About arena, if shisui teams are your problem you may just use *y harem jutsu and sand dust instead of dance of impetus and multi shadowclone jutsu.

Since you want to use jonin minato, by staying wind, you may actually get kisame samehada. Get madara 5th kage summit only if you plan do switch to fire or water main.

^ jonin and kisame dont get along that well. But kisame is a solid choice for wind, if OP plans to get angel konan in the future since those 2 really work well together. 5kage madara is a really good choice though, since OP already has jonin and edo deidara which are really good when paired with madara (madara and jinpachi in case of deidara).

He actually can have his special dodged, just that if he targets a tagged ninja he hits the whole field pretty much..... but it doesn't ignore dodge, those need to be baited first to actually interrupt. You forget as well the complete lack of chases on H.minato + the fact his buff can be removed, at least until he gets his skillbook added in.... He is a defensive version meant to just irritate people with well timed interrupts, killing is J.minato's area with his bond skill and specials cooldown reduction when he gets combo on BOTH bond skill or normal special + increasing damage with each combo by 7%, very nasty when added to 30% bonds damage increase.
