I think imho, oasis should just merge without having in mind who are the p2w or f2p, at this point no one really does give a * about it, besides the top 10 people in ur server, let's be real, servers are dying, not just mine, or yours or anyone else, it's everyone, gameplay like someone said, becomes repetitive, u know who can u beat, and who can beat you, plunder/convoy wise, i think it's time to look away on how many groups server has active, how many people there are on high activity hours, can you beat nine tails, or not...by this point all those questions are irrelevant, there's servers already being merged a 2nd time, which doesnt surprise me, why not merge more times without consideration of variables?
