It's a upgraded version of sleep, just like how the strong poison is the upgraded version of poison. Both cannot be cleared by heals and you have to let the debuff remove by itself.
you are wrong about that xD it can be healed if opponent has more than 30 chakra

I was 50% right and you picked up the remaining part. I probably forgot about the charka part since the majority of time I see him with water main + shark.

Cannot be canceled except you haved 30 chakras? Seriously? Even Angel Azure's healing power? By the way, can you also explain about Strong Poison? Is it a better version of ignition, like can be stacked?
"Strong Poison" is called toxic and can be found i believe on Hanzo's breakthrough currently and also in one of the SA's (The one with OP Karin and Shizune). It works the exact same as Poison but it is a separate stack to poison, so you can have up to 4 stacks of poison and 4 stacks of toxic on a ninja. However, unlike poison, toxic can't be cleared
