It is rng so....most common is around 1050-1200.Not uncommon for 1350 -1500. Multiply the amount of rares by 65 to roughly calculate how many seals you have spent.
Also heard some people getting their SR around 650 but very rare.

I heard a guy that claimed he went to one of the Saturn's moons and came back. Doesn't mean it happened.

First super rare unlocks at 900. Unless you somehow got a bug you can't get them in any way before 900.

Whoever claimed he got it at 650 just didn't take in account free draws and also made a mistake in evaluating how many ss he used.
