  • i dont know he's pretty paper. Normal attack and he die everytime. His ressurection only works for 1 per battle and for us lightning main it's like an easy kill even if he resurrect
    also if you wanna complain about OP ninja you should mention iruka first because everyone can and will get tobi sooner or later xD
oh so you saying its easy and fast to kill someone with normal attacks?facepalm also you can just not put him in the first line and just put a tank there,problem solved,I dont know if its a good idea to nerf tobi since everyone can get it like that you will have an advantage too againts those p2w players^^

even if tobi is broken it doesnt matter since anyone can get him pretty early
