This guy need to choose between resurect after dead or high evasion rate, its kinda unfair to have both. he dodge mystery often hardest to kill so far

i agree that tobi is paper when we hit, the problem is the rate of evasion our combo can stop anytime when he dodge. if he will stay like that at least give us some way to increase hit rate against him like ninja tools or magatama
