Very good Ninjas

I need help; I just want to know the requirements to get the super weird ninjas from the GNW treasure, as I have written previously I have already obtained the other treasure ninjas except for Naruto Kurama / Madara Uchiha, I have already launched over 1200 so many scrolls that I lost the number of times I have thrown in said treasure. In my situation there are also other players because you have some who have not played for months and without medals they have already won these super rare ninjas ...
