The reason why they are not implemented yet, honestly speaking, i think is linked to the fact in 5.0 those treasures were not permanently added features but time limited to 1 month. Very likely (I'm guessing) oasis didn't buy the packet with them in from tencent knowing they would be permanently added with 6.0 (lets call it so) patch.

Except for shisui i never saw once this 'price fall' you are taking about. Reducing the price of a ninja from 30k to 20k is not what i would call a reduction. Is like if they told you a Ferrari price was lowered from 300,000$ to 200,000$. Do you think really changes much? Changes if gets reduced to 50,000$ or 30,000.

+1 and do it for her real acceptable price right now: 100 coupons per fragment since is literally not worth more than that much right now.

Normal hiruzen is still priced at 12-16k coupons. Just saying.

But normal hiruzen may still be way useful in at least one meta team: the AGK kisame samehada wind main setup since can literally obliterate your enemy move 1 ninja upon his death (overall after agk landed her damage) or the most annoying support ninja of your enemy and since grants both the same res boost as minato hokage and a taunting summon that may prevent some damage delivered while, at the same time, giving 30 chakra at its death moment.

Hokage tsunade right now is outclassed in 1vs1 by tsunade sannin war with breaktroughs and eventually skill trials and in team play by tsunade sannin era, that btw, costs 8/10k.

I should be more clearer. The argument only refers to the few times a ninja/clothing appears in events as that when you see the price change. If a little change in price makes an impact, then I'm sure that's what they care about. In your example, let's say no one bought at 30k but at 20k, 10 people decide to. Pretty sure they will continue until they stop at a price they can't lower.

As for shisui, I don't think they will change it's price until they make him more available. With the lack of options to redeem and the number of people that still ask for shisui, I can't see Oasis have any reason to lower it's price since they know people are still going to pay it's price. Let's look at a ninja close to his price which is jonin Minato. There have been times where his price dropped by a bit and that large drop when he was in Sakura's gift and the only difference is how many people have access to Minato as there were several ways to get him for the past 1.5 years, especially in the first 6-7 months.

China doesn't have a permanent treasure yet (or if they ever plan to) so Oasis could release the limited treasures just like they have done so before in the past with a treasure right before the kage treasure which had ninjas like killer bee and kaze gaara.

First time shisui appeared costed 20/22k. Then his price fell to 16k, then we had one event where he was redeemable at 8k and many where was in the 10-13k range.

Honestly, it varies between ninjas. Example: Hokage minato was about 200+ per frag in treasures of the sages in 1.0/2.0 and his price was reduced when he started to come back in events. The last time Madara five kage was in lucky stars which was 2 weeks ago, his price was lower than the average price and I haven't compared this week yet. If you are looking for drastic price falls, they rarely happen until you see a trend. Small price fall happens more often but that doesn't mean it's permanent - might be based on where they are located in an event.

Tsunade would be really annoying with current cancer lineups considering HK is full of cheap 5 kage madaras; cheap tsunade would be catastrophic....not to mention that would trigger people who spent 40k on her.
