What you are asking is for people who have been around for 40-60 days to say oh well lets forget about the time invested in all my dailies to mitigate that you joined late? or don't have the time to invest or the resources.

There's always going to be P2W just accept you wont be in the top 10 for ranked or at all for that matter outside maybe some events where its feasible.
