Ngl, kid kakashi is good for that minato assisted mystery thingy.. maybe some people dont have him so thats why its in the great plates
And are those people happy with him being in great plates?
90% of players have him already. Oasis can put him in a redeemable event where those who need him can have him and those who don't can just ignore him. But they chose to ruin a perfectly good event with a ninja very few people want and who for the rest is just a waste of space.

Myoboku grasp isn't good?
Everything in great plate has its use. Even if you have the ninja in the wheel, you c*e the extra frags to upgrade stars. But in Kakashi's case once you have him you won't ever need more of his frags since making him 3 or 4 stars is pointless, that's why his frags are completely useless.

You're most likely talking to someone who cared about great plates only when the rates began to be good and was doing it only for ninja frags.

That is debatable, they could probably have a lot more hours into this game than you do. Especially when you said you don't dedicate your life to this game.
