Like everythin*el said, medal is about quality of life. That's one of the most fair premium system in this type of games. Regarding it's value it never was even remotely close to monthly card pack, if you are already at comparing it to platinum card. Yeah, we are missing some features it should provide (which even were in it's desc
ription since always), happens. Worse things happened in this game.
This is not a free feature. All the worse thing that happened (and you are right in pointing them out) happened on free features, as far as i know, features oasis do not plan to get money from.
About the quality of life, the advantages are there, indeed, but are not enough, imho, to cover for the high cost (40$ is not a low amount, doesn't matter how you see it).
