Been chatting back and forth with customer support for several days telling them that the option to redeem coupons never once showed up. Kept sending them pictures every day that i couldn't redeem them as it wasn't saying i could. They told me their was nothing they could do to help, and even threatened me saying they would block my account if i tried to get a refund from my bank for the 100$ i spent on that froggy deal. They have certainly scammed me. I thought this would be a nice company and a person on reddit told me they have decent customer service. I guess they were wrong, and it cost me lots of money.
I spent over 1000$ on this game the past month, so if i am able to get ALL of that money back from my bank Oasis can lock my account all they want and i'll not play this again. But i don't want them locking it for 100$ that i should get back if they aren't giving me the coupons I am owed. That would mean they stole 1100$ from me.
If you paid for naruto froggy, you needed to claim daily the coupons. First day 4500, 2nd to 7th day 1300 per day
I tried and i couldn't. It never flipped to say 'redeem', it stays on the default and continued saying 'deposit' instead of 'redeem'.

as pay2play (20usd/month) i will certainly be paying attention to this thread.
if this gets locked w/out justification it will look super su*ious.
your bank is only the first line of defense. As paying customers, we can do much much more.
They again refused to help so I will call my bank and try to get the money back. Once I have 1200$ they can keep my account.

We indeed inform our players that once they roll-back their money (refund), their accounts will be confi*ed right away by system. I believe you received same response. We do not offer or provide any types of refunds.
As for your problem - There is nothing specific in your main post that explains your problem. So I can't really help you but there are two things we can do. Either you will give me your UID and I will check your ticket or you can contact me on Discord (my discord number Daiske#9057) and we can discuss your problem there. I will leave it up to you, I will check this thread later today to see if there is any reply from you.

That my entire account would be banned on account of wanting to get either the coupons I am owed from a 100$ purchase, or my 100$ back due to a broken game that wouldn't let me redeem coupons daily, you would ban an account i put about 1200$ into.
