I'm really sorry that you feel this way. I can assure you that no one would threaten you that your account will be banned. We indeed inform our players that once they roll-back their money (refund), their accounts will be confi*ed right away by system. I believe you received same response. We do not offer or provide any types of refunds.

As for your problem - There is nothing specific in your main post that explains your problem. So I can't really help you but there are two things we can do. Either you will give me your UID and I will check your ticket or you can contact me on Discord (my discord number Daiske#9057) and we can discuss your problem there.
