There is nothing you can do. This is because auto will attempt to use all of the available chakra each round. Kakashi Susanoo uses 40, while Jounin Minato uses 20. The same happens when a water bomb team has Mei in it. When round 3 comes, auto will use Mei instead of the water main, potentially ruining the setup.
