Which Ninja would be better for my minato and 5k team but also in the long run in terms of use?

Sus Kakashi is a lot more limited in terms of what teams to run him with, usually P1 Shark Bomb and maybe 6 paths naruto teams

Madara 5k is overall better removing debuffs and barriers, you're more likely to get more out of it.

Edit: No idea why I mentioned Madara 5k....

Edo Tobirama is generally better, since he can let you gain bond mystery for Edo Hashirama I believe.

With that particular team, kakashi is better.

I wouldn't use edo tobirama without his barrier...
