Hi mates, can someone tell me what "Rogue Ninja outburst" is?
I don't know if its a new event yet to come or what, i thought it could be wanted missions or attacking people that are in red because of plunder but in the description of the second option, it says something about beeing in the ranking of ninja outburst.

If someone could answer me this i would appreciate it.
