They should had just made him as a redeemable, that way everyone who wanted him, could get him and not put him in * RNG events where people suffer for not being "lucky". Crappy move on Oasis' part.
RNG is a must these days in games. Remember that betting releases dopamine, which is highly addictive, and makes people spend more money for just the chance to get something.
