As a person who doesnt have killer bee, I used this to pass 230 (summon mystery pakkun) (gaara is fully skill broken; stacked best gear on sage naruto)

R1: Use Iruka interrupt Hinata, then activate gaara barrier with 20 chakra from naruto

R2: Use naruto on shikamaru, then use gaara on Kiba (Choji will not have chakra to use mystery and Kiba will be immobilized). Then wind main reset (pakkun should kill team 7 by now)

R3: Depends on the situation, you can do the rest yourself because team 7 and tam 10 shhould be done at that point. I used naruto mystery on Kiba this round and that's it. remember to save your iruka mystery for Hinata in round 4 just in case.
