Still... you need to look at the bigger picture. Some ninjas are good for people with 100k power, some others works better at 300k. Also, team composition is extremely relevant in a few cases. At last, you can't compare ninjas in pvp and in arena. Arena has it's own rules. It's like comparing 9tails and matsuri...
