You've got a couple things wrong/are overlooking a few things.

The major ones have to do with edo minato. The major difference between he and jonin is that his mystery is undodgeable, which means he can interrupt opposing slot 1s like shisui and jonin, which is huge. It still *s that it doesn't get a cd reduction but its still a relevant point. Not to mention the fact that he hits across the field makes him far better in GNW/bonds/3v3 than jonin, though I stand by jonin being better 1v1. The other thing is that he does actually still tag and ignite when someone hits him and he dodges, so the attack successfully phrasing is weird, but I can confirm thats what happens.
