All I want is to be able to make the deposit since I was waiting until today that was the "last day" to make the deposit cuz I couldnt recharge before, Hope I can get some help here, Thanks! Reply

Because is actually 11/7 but shows in your case 11/8 because tells you it based on your pc time and evidently you are in a timezone 1 hour ahead server time, so for you the deadline is, yes, 11/8 but 00:59 of 11/8 (that is 23:59 of 11/7 server time).
