Don't be so hype guy T_T redeemable in rebate???
or only from stars or mission dealer? 
In CN he was redeemable in the range of 1k to 1.5k.
This means that you had to drop 1k seals to get his first 10 frags... 1500 to have his 80 frags.
And he was released in CN 6 months ago.
Are you saying that every f2p here asking for him in rebate got 1500 seal scrolls ready for him ?

% tactics are a strong p2w feature that increase esponentially your stats. It's the reason why in the DE server you can see a edo minato with 50k attack stat.
Do you realize that adding 25% of 40k is 10k, while adding 25% of 10k is 2.5k? The more stats you have, the more you gain? And who do you think have higher stats? F2P?
Do you even math, bro?

Unfortunately the lucky stars is very bad , since oasis still put madara konoha founder 10 frag as the jackpot and hashirama 1 frag as other ninja in the spin box. TOTALLY not worth it. Eventhough i would like to get naruto six path and myoboku training, but sorry, i wont spend my 20k coupons/ingots in this week event. It would be more interesting if oasis put hokage tsunade as other ninja instead hashirama and other strong ninja with 80 frag or 40 frag as a jackpot ninja in the spin box.
The fukurokumaru rebate is also bad for me since i already have shisui(he is had been realeased long time ago just like jonin minato so most of players only need some of fragments instead of 80frag that required many coupons to get) and hinata summer(i i got it from the previous fukurokumaru rebate too when madara5kage first introduced). It would be more interesting if oasis put optional pack that consist of strong ninja like angel konan, kisame samehada fusion, kakuzu egf, edo tobirama, edo deidara etc, so let players pick the 20k rebate ninja more easily. That way big spenders or little spenders will burn their ingots/coupons without hesitation.
So i think no ingots and coupons will be spent from me for
this week event.
I support this. I don't really care about the 2 ninjas in lucky wheel (RNG is still RNG), but what really made me scrap the idea of spending there is the fukurukumaru event.
There is no reason to bring Hinata summer to 4 stars, most spenders have her already when they bought madara 5k.
Shisui instead has been in so many events that i always see him at least 4 stars, those who are still missing him are F2P, who want to redeem his frags from events, and almost certanly don't have 20k coupons sitting there.
If we had more interesting ninjas, i.e. you could have released Chiriku the bald monk, i would have probably even recharged for this week... but with the situation we are in i'm not even interested a bit.

you would be surprised by how many f2p had actually gathered the 20k coupons to buy naruto six paths...
As of now, i haven't see many f2p collecting him. In my ST cluster i think i've seen like 4-5 spenders... and me, since it seems that i've bought him after coming home drunk. RIP my gama-chan's coupons...
