Use these talents (not sure if you have last row unlocked), use Anko, Guy, Iruka, Asuma Wind Blade, Ten Ten if you have any of them, summon TonTon. Put Anko action 1, and use her barrier in the first round. Don't use her mystery afterwards, so you don't lose the barrier and damage buff (you c*e her mystery at the end of round 3). You can retreat before round 4 blast to save time, because you will likely die to it anyway.
