it feels like playerbase cares way more about the game itself than the ones, who are responsible for the localization. every opinion stated here won't change anything actually. i remember how much people reasonably complain and they are just like "ok, we will fix that. maybe. probably. somewhere in the future."
personally i don't think that the players wanted so desperately to be heard if they didn't care about the game. naruto online found its certain audience and in order not to lose it, i guess, you just should atleast read what players want.
"hey, write a survey concerning the events" - it's outdated form, as someone has already said. remaster it. currently people write their surveys actually on forum in this section.
"you can't judge the events until they are released" - that's not true. you stated clearly in the preview of the events, that the clothing is in the recharge event. that sakura's packs are 20 coupons. that choza is the montly ninja. it feels to me like you just play a team-based game like league of legends with mute-all-chat function. people get mad because you simply don't want to listen. right now you seem to me like a russian localization of the game, which is horrible since admins do everything possible to ruin the game experience.
also i can understand your neutral answers to everyone, cause you're a "mod", you should be the example of the positive behavior, yet your answers are just "---". they are empty words with a "have a nice day" at the end.
one of the possible solutions - clarify what you do and what you want. stop doing something on your own. you can inroduce surveys in-game itself for a insignificant reward like summon scroll or maybe half of seal scroll every week. players will be interested in writing surveys and stating their actual opinion, we'll get the minor and not game-breaking reward, you'll get a lot of information.
