It's more like how can players access to redeem items.

Before this Hana cloth, most clothes can be redeemed through events 7-10 frags per event for free to save their coupons over time.

But this time it's on Recharge event, where majorities were disappointed.

I don't mind if it was in recharge event at first released. I usually collected fragments from other events to make it as cheapest as possible.

Even spending 4k+ cps on 1 cloth isn't really my thing. XD I feel like it's not worth.
