He was already OP, with his passives, damage and mystery which hits through evasion ninjas like shisui, minato... now you gonna buff more his mystery?? .....
OP damage,OP passives you sure?he got 3 rounds cooldown wich cant be reduced,and he got *ty dmg.
if you watched kaizers video ill tell you kaizer overstacks and he is the strongest there,nobody gets close enough to his power.even in CN when this mina was introduced everybody complained about his low dmg,only used as support back in times and now too,after he got bond barrier.
