Has the rotation of events in the game changed?

BecauseLimited Time Recruitment Eventshould have come this weekTogether with Lucky board, refine event, weel of fortune, etc...as it used to be

But they traded this event in this week for "Recruitment Feedback"again with a small time of 2 weeks from one to the other, we basically had 2 recruitment feedback in a month... when it would be common to come along with "general mobilization missions", "Lucky Stars Weel" etc.

But Why are they always the same treasures at this event "Recruitment Feedback?

I've been looking at various event posts through the forum to see if at least the treasures changed.But they are always the same, always, GNW treasure + Kage Treasure+ Jinchuriki 1 Treasure

Is there any reason to always be these treasures in this event? Why are not other treasures placed?(Jin 2 treasure many people prefer to pick up the Han, and other beginners in the game want to catch the Raikage); Has the event rotation been changed?
