Or they changed the values in comparison with the ones we have right now, or they simply removed the 2nd writing and add the values directly to the tactic, or the values on display are not the tactics ones.

It is ghost kill since I can read chinese, and it is lvl 15 ghost kill. I can only assume China has changed the numbers for tactics because I'm pretty sure lvl 15 ghost kill doesn't have that little numbers.

Another thing that supports my theory of China has changed their tactics is the front row values of ghost kill. They are not health as you see in English version. That is 生命, this is 防御, which I assume it is defense (if not resistance). Germany actually has a percent tactics page,

Along with that, the front row in Germany for ghost kill is still health, which further increases the validity that China has made their tactics different from ours since even though Germany has percent tactics, their front row is still HP.

I'm not actually sure why they decided to change it. To explain this, we probably need someone on the Chinese server to come explain it or one of the mods who understand the balance changes to the China servers to help us. But tying back to my original point, yes, China HAD percent tactics, but I believed they've removed it quite some time back, due to complaints. Unless there is solid evidence proving that they still have percent tactics, fully booked kakuzu does that much damage without percent tactics, so y'all that were considering the kakuzu dmg was only op because of % tactics, well think again.

Keep in mind, the clothing in China have very little power compared to what we get here on our clothing. So it may just be a matter of different amount here compared to there.

I do have Kakuzu EGF from previous Sakura Event for cheap cheap. I don't use him as much in PvP. He's basically in my Ranked battle to support other Akatsuki.

He's not as bad as a lot of players might think he is.

Even extra standard passive on Kakazu's breakthrough is scary. Just look at Jinpachi x Edo Deidara right now, he only removes 1 debuff and gives extra standard to another Edo Ninja, in this case Edo Deidara, they really do a lot of damage.

They perform well in any area.

They might implement his breakthrough, but I don't think we need his breakthrough any time soon.

thier magatam stat is more thañ us plus they had more power function thañ us so that why even they removed % tactic that kakuzu or other ninja still good . plus wut u saw in CN vid is like low bp vs high bp . why need to trippin now , we not even get to feel that yet .

Much bigger problem is that he can play together with Yahiko Young and get CC Immun aswell
