Do you have photographic proof from these past few months that China has percent tactics?
The above picture shows the Germany server with percent tactics. We don't have the 2nd line in each spot of the tactics, and I know that is not the actual "percent" tactics but it might be part of it since we don't have it.
This is the tactics taken from Amber's video. As you can see, there is no 2nd line. If my interpretation above is right, China DOES NOT have percent tactics.
That one you showed, if are the numbers relative to a tactic, are those relative to 'emerald' tactics or 'ghost kill' tactics
But for emeral one:
The values for level 4 are:
563 563 750
The values for it at level 5 are:
765 765 1020
And for ghost kill:
the values for level 5 are:
510 510 1020
If you look carefully at the picture you just showed the values that are there on display do not match nor the 4th neither the 5th level of those tactics, so how is this possible?
Or they changed the values in comparison with the ones we have right now, or they simply removed the 2nd writing and add the values directly to the tactic, or the values on display are not the tactics ones.

It is ghost kill since I can read chinese, and it is lvl 15 ghost kill. I can only assume China has changed the numbers for tactics because I'm pretty sure lvl 15 ghost kill doesn't have that little numbers.
Although you may not understand the ghost kill, you can still see the lvl 15. If you doubt my translation, you can translate it yourself. Another thing that supports my theory of China has changed their tactics is the front row values of ghost kill. They are not health as you see in English version. That is 生命, this is 防御, which I assume it is defense (if not resistance). Germany actually has a percent tactics page,
As you can see, this is germany's percent tactic page. I would like you to pull up a recent Chinese version of this. Along with that, the front row in Germany for ghost kill is still health, which further increases the validity that China has made their tactics different from ours since even though Germany has percent tactics, their front row is still HP.
if that's true (i have no reason to say you are mistaking, i was just pointing out the fact they do not match with our ones), then has to be there a reason for that modification.
