What's the point in having the optional clothing pack in Konoha gift shop for 75 coupons each when we can buy all 3 of the clothes in the normal shop for the same price?

These cloths have been sold for 50cps each before. What is the point in raising the price back up? Especially when these cloths only give a low amount of power/stats.
