Speed training is designed so that the ninja are extremely powerful if you have low initiative (500 lower init that the recommended or something). Just increase your init on your pos 1 and you should be fine. You can try synthesizing all your init cave runes and give them to your pos 1 ninja then split them back after you are done.
But, one was just like, enemy it was impossible to break, at all. Then it fixed and I quietly passed.
