Same, got all 5 and nothing else happened.

I'm facing the same problem too, only 50 candies and no bonus after 5 lanterns are lit.

Did you use the refresh *on to change the lantern colors? Refreshing it beyond the one free refresh consumes 2 candies. I remember someone having the same question the last time this event was here.

Nope, I only used the 1 free refresh. Simply waited a half hour for that last lantern color to finally show up and got no bonus

Did you also post this in the CS?

Posting here on forum never worked when i had bugs, while i got a response pretty much immediately after opening a tkt to the support.

I faced the same issue and I raised a ticket with the customer service, waiting for response.

I haven't yet, but I will since no mods seem to have a response yet. Just that it's really gonna be a pain going to CS.... I have more than 1 account that has this problem and didn't screenshot all of them.

heard somewhere that if you've done it wrong to get the pumpkinhead you wont get the bonus anymore.

That could be the case since I got the pumpkin head for fun, but I've also heard of some that got it wrong just for the fun of having the pumpkin transformation and still got their bonus.... I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

I got 50 points yesterday when I lit wrong lantern for the transformation, got 60 today and on the first day (lit everything correctly).

So it seems that it's due to obtaining the pumpkin head.

I believe the event for the additional bonus is strict to have a set of perfect lit pumpkins without fail.

Obtaining the pumpkin head is a demerit to that.

I'll find out from the devs and let y'all know.

I'm pretty sure I got the pumpkins all lit with no mistakes yesterday and I didn't get a bonus. Then again, it's not impossible that I got the bonus and simply didn't realize it.

what makes you fail is also when you use the free refresh while the moon is white before the 1st cd reaches 0.

I turned into a pumpkin yesterday even though I clicked the right color before the timer was up. There was only about 4-5 seconds left on the current cycle but it told me it was already wrong and I lost out because of it. So if you do it too close to the timer, you can fail as well. Just something to pay attention to if there is only a few seconds left, just wait for the next one. Even minor sync issues with the server will cause you to fail.

I'm just going to assume you need to not make any mistakes to get the bonus, considering how things have gone until now.

It would be nice to have that put up in the description though, since some thought being turned into a pumpkin looked fun and did it on purpose at first.
