Look, I have a four star Hanzo, but I haven't been saving up fragments for his breakthrough, because I would've thought that SO many more ninjas would get breakthroughs before him. He's been out of events for a while, so they better give us some way to get frags, or else this is ridiculous.

I wonder how expensive the runes will be. I'm short on coins hahahaha. Also, is it okay to get the orange quick rune now or better wait for a red if there is even such a thing?
Red Quick Runes are ultra rare and as far as I know only appear in events in China every once in a great while and are not in the exchange shop.
