  • Danzo can be skillbroken at 3 stars, probably because he is useless.

Is far from being useless if you don't own shisui. Don't take for granted everybody owns him. And in the madara, heart flux, iruka mb lineup he is better than shisui because give you chakra on killings and makes your mb survive if is close to die.
