Can u guys please put Hinata cloak in events like I don’t get why exp deidara and other characters be still in events everywhere but ninjas like Hinata cloak that came out after those have gotten like 4 weeks of attention. That’s not enough to get the ninja u know..... I have 65 frags just want her to be in a few more events. The fact that I haven’t seen her at all for 2 months or more straight is pretty frustrating. (1 fragment chance using ingots DOES NOT count )
