Hi Fellow Ninja,

I am currently level 19 with all Instances cleared... weird right? Normally with all instances cleared, I should be at least 20 thus being able to progress into the Chunin exams arc after clearing the Elite Instances. Funny, you cant do that without being level 20 and now my account is basically useless as I cannot progress. I have asked the staff and they say to ask you guys so please help me out. Maybe I missed a step? I have all the instances 3 starred and all of my Ninja (8 Ninja) level 19. Please help guys and look at these pictures as maybe I did miss something.
