The last time this Clothing appeared as Coupon Purchasable item was last 2nd Anniversary Event Cycle (where i completed mine) and the next time it appeared was last cycle in the One Ingot Sale, if my calculations is right, this Summer Break Clothing only comes every 3 months .. i took some frags of it from one event and waited for 3 months before it appeared again (in 2nd Anniversary Event Cycle) and from july, it only appeared again this month ..
