Comparing him to Ay, you should need at least 180 frags for his scaling passive (80 +100), 150 for his standard (50+100), 50-80 for spiders passive, 250 for mystery (100+150).


Back to OP question: as a whale, i would like to see them releasing 1 / week until we finish the most basic ones. After that, 1 / 2 weeks, alternating between skillbreak and mutation.
