What agitates me is the Kakashi Kid ALWAYS being in a wheel.

Just make him a redeem instead of getting him through RNG.

Then start giving us other ninjas in the wheel with more frags than the ones we have currently.

Do these 2 things and Great Plates will be better.

The form they use is actually terrible, it'll ask you a question if you're wanting to participate in a recharge event, and they don't even put "No, I'm f2p". Then having another question right after dealing with the event being forced to answer it.

Like if I said no, why would I tell what I'm interested in on that event?
