Hi! I think you definitely have a point and there is room for improvement. If you can give us that suggestion, it would definitely help us in the future. We are looking to improve on it and your feedback does help. We have a suggestion thread for your suggestions which can help us in improving different features, including one of the ways we obtain feedback, such as through the survey. Regarding your question about the first survey question. There is the option of "No". The second question does touch upon the same topic but there is also the "Other" option, which allows you to give your opinion, which can include that you are F2P, among anything else you can write.

I do get that the questions may or may not be relevant to you, but for us, everyone's feedback is important. It is true that you may be F2P, but your feedback is just as important regarding all events. We are here looking for all your feedback, whether you are F2P or not. I think it also helps to have multiple perspectives, from those who would recharge and those who do not. This allows us to get as much feedback as possible from those who choose/want to give us their feedback.
