UPDATE:
Decided to go all in with the rest of my coups since I was already this far and the coin drops are good at least. I'm 172 pts into the first tier at which he drops, and only hit him twice. Now this might be bad RNG, but at least it's a data point for everybody wondering what the rates are like. He might drop more frequently at still higher tiers, but thats getting into the 30-40k range.Edit: Never mind, he only drops in the one level. Not sure you could even get him to drop 40 times before you bumped up to the next level, though you never know.
Thank you so much for the info. So, now i need to decide if i want to top up 30k or not. I really want Minato Edo, but.... 30k for a ninja that is hated in CN, seems like too much.

tbh since it's his first day in the game you shouldnt rly expect him to be easily available. there's nothing to disappoint if u dont set your expectations high XD

Hi! In my opinion, each ninja has their own use and it is dependent on the player whether the ninja works for their preferred play style right now or in the future.
Regarding the Konoha Great Tree, I think having Minato [Edo Tensei] fragments there is a way for players to obtain some of his fragments while using coupons/ingots on Konoha Great Tree, but I would not say it is the best way to obtain all his fragments. I will definitely forward your feedback regarding Konoha Great Tree =]
Regarding Minato [Edo Tensei] in general, if you are looking to redeem him, the Total Recharge Rebate is a good way to get him as you recharge and keep the resources (ingots) you recharged, while also getting Minato [Edo Tensei] fragments, Golden Treasure Tool Essence, and among many other items. There are very few ways to obtain him better than as a rebate, but there definitely is other ways to obtain him in the future.
