I spent 19k to finish up my edo third and EGK, and I just barely reached the tier at which edo minato starts to drop. Even assuming a reasonable drop rate, probably at least another 10-12k to try to get 40 frags.

Here is the deal, if you haven't recharged yet, I wouldn't do it at all.

While some will argue that you are getting him for free and you get to keep the ingots, it is still $600 from your wallet. He isn't meta, he isn't used heavily in china, and there are better options out there.

If you already recharged 20k ingots.....AND you have the money to spare, really, what is another $200 at that point? You may as well to reap the full benefit.

Personally, he isn't worth it (not at this price) and I wouldn't go for him. Once the shinnyness wears out, they will shove him in events and he will be like 12k after they see that they can't milk him for top $. If you want an example, look no further than kakashi susano, same thing, same paywall, and now they think 28k for him is a "fair" price, lol.

So no, he isn't worth the price right now at all. You would be better off holding onto your money until naruto/madara 6 paths versions come out. Those are highly used in china.

PS: If you do recharge, do NOT spend the ingots on anything but Naruto Frog, because you get more value from them there instead of spending them like coupons. By doing that, you can turn those 30k ingots into 73,800 coupons in 3-4 months time.

he's not boosted. he's worse than JM.

the key best feature about JM is the fact that he has cd reduction and a hard hitting mystery. edo minato has neither. like yea, sure he scales, but if he doesnt do good damage in the first place, that scaling's not going to bring up his value. he's just not a good position 1 ninja, plain as day. and he's not a good support ninja either. where does he fit?

the KCM's bond mystery was introduced purely to make players in CN buy edo minato tbh. we dont have this bond mystery yet. and edo minato's own bond mystery (the one that requires 3 edo hokages) is considerably worse than JM's bond mystery.
